380SLC
The Mercedes-Benz 380 SLC was a coupe in the Mercedes-Benz Series 107 lineup, and one that ran for two model years: 1980 and 1981. It succeeded the Mercedes-Benz 350 SLC.
The car incorporated a V8 engine with a light-alloy block, and that paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produced 218 horsepower. Features were many. A double wishbone front and a semi-trailing arm axle rear suspension came standard, as did torsion bar stabilizers both front and rear. The model also had power steering, front and rear disc brakes, and steel wheels; ABS and light-alloy wheels were optional.
